We are pleased to welcome you on the official website of the project developed by the Committee on Transport and St. Petersburg State Institution "Organizer of Transportation".
Our project began its history long before it was named "Pulkovo Express". Initially, it consisted of regular bus routes No. 39 and No. 39A, which ran from Moskovskaya metro station to Pulkovo airport. However, in 2015, route No. 39A was renamed to No. 39E – EXPRESS.

Then there was a rather long break, and finally! In 2024, the Pulkovo Express project began its work. Route No. 82E joined us, and now our company serves routes No. 39, No. 39E and No. 82E.
And so, in 2025, our project finally gained social networks and a full-fledged Internet portal.
